Returns & Refunds
Quality is our highest priority. Always has been, always will be.
- What can return/exchange?
We will happily refund (to the original method of payment) any regular-priced items in new condition within 30 days of shipping date.
For all returns/exchanges, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached and you’ll have to present a valid receipt.
We apologize if you have received a damaged or a defective item and will gladly resolve this issue by replacing an exact item for you without charging any shipping fees.
If you're exchanging for a different size or color, or you're expecting to change to another item, we would like to help, but we'll charge you for the shipping fees.
(For bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, and jewelry, if there is no quality problem, we do not offer return/exchange service)
- When will get the refund?
- Please allow 2-4 business days for the processing of the returns/exchanges.
- Refunds will in most cases be issued to the same credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase.
Please allow up to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement (PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately).
- Shopping points will not be refunded for free orders or giveaways.
